Atlas automotive is fantastic! My wife and I were in town for a job that fell through and we needed our car to be working properly for our drive home. They were absolutely swamped for the next 3 days but they gave us a couple of minutes to check us out and were able to give us the go ahead that we had nothing to worry about! The people are awesome and we greatly appreciate the peace of mind! If ever we are back in Tulsa and need something done we will go straight to Atlas Automotive! They are the mechanic that you want!

Great place! Especially for your classic car! I tried working on my classic (like every guy.) I ending up causing Gremlins. Took my classic their explaining what I did. They worked out every kink! Having a mechanic you not only trust but like is one less worry in the world—and the boys (and gal) at Atlas are such. After a tower of recommendations for this place on Reddit, my wife and I took her 200k+ miles car in for a burning smell. Despite saying it may not be a few days before they could likely get to the car (likely a little bit of under-promise/over-deliver), we had the results of an in-depth inspection with photos and an estimate texted to us a few hours later. They had the whole job donebefore they said they could even look at it. They even spotted a worn radiator hose that looked like it had swallowed a gerbil and was ready to burst—something another shop had overlooked just a month earlier. After that, I had my own car in for a funny sound that had stumped another shop. It turned out that my controller arm bushing was shot and the ghost of my wheel bearings were haunting up the joint. I know this because they sent me a video of these from under the car. How cool is that? They fixed 'em both and I had the whole ride back in about 36 hours time for a reasonable price. They're also just friendly folks. They're never short with anyone and are open to just about any questions you have. A no-brainer and one less thing to worry about.

Took my wife’s car in to replace her nearly-dead starter with a new aftermarket one. Bryan gave me a quote over the phone, and nearly a week later he stuck to that. Every step of the way he told me what was going on, why it was important, and what he could do to help. More importantly, he took the time to ask about our situation and understand what we needed and think about what he could do to help. Will definitely be taking both our cars there for the foreseeable future!

Brian I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me. I was honestly traumatized by Tate boys. You gained my trust and I will be back and have told Everybody I know about you guys. I will never go anywhere else not even for an oil change. In a way I’m glad Tate boys was so sketchy to me because If they hadn’t been I never would have found this place. I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my experience with Atlas Auto and Dave. My son and I drove from California to move him out of his University of Tulsa appartment (March 16th, 2020) and get his Toyota Corolla. We were planning to follow each other back to California, when we realized there was a problem with the Corolla not shifting into overdrive. I was considering towing the Corolla back to Califronia on a auto dolly with my 4runner (Ugh). Did not want to get stuck in the middle of the desert driving the Corolla? Autozone recommended Atlas so I took the Corolla over to Atlas and Dave ran a scan. It came up with a code to replace the engine coil. Dave said he could replace it (very good price) but suggested I drive it and see how it preforms. I drove it for 40 minutes on the hwy and it seemed fine. Dave thought it would be OK to get us back to California. We drove 1400 miles in 3 days and the Corolla was fine. Dave spent 45 minutues with me evauluating the Corrolla and discussing my options and did not even charge me. This was easy pickens for charging an out of town break down. Dave's integrity and honesty showed out more than anything else. I would recommend Atlas and Dave to anyone needing work on thier car. University of Tulsa students should consider this as their "go to" shop as you will get honest answers and fair pricing for any work that needs to be done. Atlas Automotive is one of the most honest automotive mechanic shops I've taken my vehicles to. I wouldn't trust any other shop more than Atlas Automotive. Plus they have the best prices!

Super helpful! I thought my headlight needed to be replaced, turns out that it just wasn't pushed all the way into the socket. They fixed it for free. I got an oil change too. Very reasonably priced. Nice waiting room, including toys if you have kids with you.

Extremely honest and helpful! Love the people and historic Route 66 vibe! Also, the waiting room has great toys to keep kids busy.

The best mechanic shop in Tulsa!

Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics! They won't try to sell you on a bunch of non-essential stuff to fix on your car, unless it affects safety or the life of the car, which is what I call an HONEST mechanic! They are very reasonable on labor and they give your car full attention to every detail! Really you're getting the care and expertise of a custom car shop while paying a price so low you almost feel bad! Every case is different but the repairs done to my car are still going strong. If they save you money think about leaving them a tip! I was happy to, they saved me over 500 dollars!

These guys have always been hardworking and honest. I’ve gone to them several years now. This last time my motor seized on my vehicle and they dug around looking for a recall but found a life time warranty and sent it to the dealership to be replaced. They got virtually nothing out of the deal, but instead made sure I was taken care of, securing me as a repeat customer.

Dave is a fantastic mechanic!

These guys did a huge job for me while I was going through a divorce. I lost my temper a time or two but these guys were as nice as could be. I just drove a 25 year old conversion van on a 6000 mile road trip at an average speed of 80 like a big black bullet down the highway thanks to these guys.

Brian, Dave, and Jeremiah took such good care of us on SHORT notice. They knew we were desperate. They worked on a Saturday, and went above and beyond my expectations for replacing our Prius hybrid battery, which is a HUGE job. AND, they did it for much less than quoted elsewhere...AND they delivered my battery to 2 different places which was also above and beyond what anyone else would do. I will be taking my business there, and recommending them to everyone.

This mechanic shop is the best!! What’s the best thing about a car repair shop? Honesty! And that’s what you get at Atlas. The straight scoop on what is wrong with your vehicle and what they can do for you. Brian and his crew know their stuff when it comes to car repair. They have all the high tech Eq to get things figured out and the experience to know what to do without guessing around or being wrong. Very fair pricing too. When they tell me the cost on a repair I don’t question it. Only one time I wondered about an estimate and before I went in the office to settle up Brian came to me and said there was a mistake on the estimate and the bill was reduced.

I went to Atlas for a radiator repair on my 2005 Nissan sh*tbox. After striking out with high prices at local parts stores and junkyards, the wonderful crew at Atlas fixed me right up with an affordable NIB part and excellent start-to-finish service. I've never seen a Maxima come apart and go back together so quickly. Done so fast, I almost don't remember them having it in the shop! I would have paid a lot more for their level of customer satisfaction and commitment. Thanks again guys!

Brian at Atlas is one of the most honest and fair mechanics in town. My brother had been going to him for years and I just recently turned to him for some help with my Ford f-150. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and gave suggestions on what needed to been done now and what could wait. My old mechanic moved out of town 4 years ago and I never thought I'd find another mechanic to trust but looks like I did.

Brian and the crew at Atlas were quick and very communicative when I brought my car in for a pre-road trip inspection. They were able to answer some questions I'd had for a long time and recommended other shops for some specialized work. Great customer service!

These guys are amazing! I sent my OBD1 Camaro to 5 different shops, everyone gave me a different incorrect diagnosis. No one could figure it out. For starters the service by Brian is exceptional. He is very respectful and is attentive to details. Brian diagnosed my car quicker than any false diagnosis I had gotten. He was very apologetic due to it being a major problem. The pricing was far better than I’ve received from any shop. These guys have earned my business and I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you guys so much!

This is what a automotive repair shop should be! Great service! I called about my truck needing new headlights. The technician I talked to was very professional and friendly. He squeezed me in the next morning, and the work was completed that same day, and for LESS than I was quoted! I will definitely be back when my truck needs more work.

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They have worked on my 2001 VW Beetle and my 2013 Veloster over the years. Honest and professional. Through good and bad they are always tiptop💯

Super Professional workers, I was needing an alignment for my landcruiser and no other shops wanted to give me an alignment as its a 1993, these guys tackled it quick and fast ive also needed a nut welded onto my rear shock tower as the bolt has sheared they were able to fix that as well, 200 percent recommend these guys to anyone who is wanting their car/truck fixed!

My wife's Mazda 5 belt broke while on highway 51 causing her engine to overheat. We first went to Midas where we were quoted over $300 to put on new belts. Instead, we went down the road to Atlas and got taken care of immediately at less than half of the Midas quote. The guys were extremely friendly, very professional and very efficient! Very knowledgeable. I've never known mechanics that were so educated with the different aspects of automotive repair. We haven't yet totally pinpointed my problem but we've gotten back on the road and we are still working on it. Very diligent Is establishment. I’ve only had great experiences at atlas, it’s hard to find honest mechanics, but all the maintenance I’ve received has been top notch. I recommend atlas automotive anytime someone asks for a recommendation.

As always, great customer service from Corey, and excellent quality work from the mechanics. Honest and you can believe that it will be done right, the first time. If I can't do it myself, Atlas will be the only ones working on my jeep. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

Pretty impressed by honest, technical and expeditious advice. I had gone there to get alternator checked after getting my battery health tested. But Dave was quick to point out that the earlier battery health test results were flawed and that alternator was working fine. All this without even checking the alternator! His speedy diagnosis saved me quite some time. He also gave me honest advice on other repair work on what they can do, and what they(or anybody) can't and explained me why I was going to have a recurring problem even after fixing it. Going there for my future auto needs in the area.
