Before you arrive
Dropping your vehicle off
You get these instructions by email and text when you book.
- Park in the customer spaces in front of the building, not along the service bay doors.
- Bring the key to the front counter during posted hours, or use the drop box if we are closed.
- Write your name, phone number, and a short note about the problem, and leave your key.
- Leave the vehicle unlocked only if you are using the drop box so we can move it into the bay.
- We will call or text you once we have looked at it and before any work is approved.
Closed? Use the drop box by the front door. Vehicles left before their appointment are diagnosed as soon as time allows.
