We’re excited to help with your vehicle’s needs! Before scheduling, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience:

Appointments:
Appointments are scheduled by day, not time. We open at 8:00 a.m., and vehicles must arrive by 10:00 a.m. or the appointment may be canceled. 24-hour key drop is available for your convenience. Please see our FAQ for after hours drop-off instructions.

Inspections:
Most appointments begin with a full digital inspection. The inspection fee is $30 per concern. Please provide detailed notes on any symptoms or issues to help us diagnose accurately.

Arrival Time:
Vehicles must arrive by 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged. Early drop-offs are encouraged and may be moved ahead if cancellations occur. For faster service, we recommend dropping off your vehicle as soon as your appointment is booked.

Drop-Offs Preferred:
Due to the nature of auto repair, we recommend dropping off your vehicle. If you choose to wait, please note that wait times are unpredictable and some repairs may take several days. A comfortable waiting area is available either way.

Oil Changes:
Available from 8:00–9:00 a.m. on a walk-in basis—no appointment needed. Includes fluid top-off and tire pressure check. Customers are welcome to wait during this service.

Estimated Completion Times:
Repair times vary by issue. While we aim for same-day service, it's not always possible.

Emergency Repairs:
For urgent needs, please schedule for the next available slot then bring us the car. For more information about this process visit our urgent service page.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Our schedule fills quickly and we want to serve as many customers as possible.

Antique & Classic Vehicles:
For vehicles built before 1996 or if you do not see your vehicle listed in the online scheduler, please contact us by phone or email to get on the schedule.
