If you're on the side of the road, your safety comes first.

  • Pull over to a safe location away from traffic

  • Turn on hazard lights

  • If you can't safely move the vehicle, stay inside with your seatbelt on and call for help

Contact Us Before Dropping Off

We understand you need help now.
You can absolutely bring your vehicle to us today - but do not drop it off
without contacting us first.

Use Your Roadside Assistance

Before paying out of pocket for a tow, check if you already have coverage:

  • AAA membership - Call your AAA number

  • Insurance roadside assistance - Many auto insurance policies include towing (check your policy or call your insurer)

  • Credit card benefits - Some credit cards offer roadside assistance

If you arrange your own tow to Atlas, TechNet warranty customers may be eligible for reimbursement - save your receipt and contact TechNet at
866-588-0728.

Vehicles dropped off before their scheduled appointment time will be diagnosed and repaired as soon as time allows. We work as fast as we can to get you back on the road.
