Service Pricing

At Atlas Automotive Repair, we believe in keeping things simple, honest, and transparent. Cars are complicated machines - but getting yours fixed shouldn’t be. Below you’ll find our most common services and pricing.

  • $30 per concern

When something isn’t right, the first step is figuring out why. Think of it like visiting a doctor: you describe your symptoms, we run the tests. Our inspection includes verifying your concern, performing tests as needed, and documenting everything in a full digital report with photos and videos.
Once the issue is identified, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for diagnosis, repairs, or recommendations - all at a fair price with a quick turnaround. We accept multiple payment methods and offer financing options. Every repair is backed by our 36-month / 36,000-mile nationwide warranty.

  • $30

Ideal for anyone with brake concerns. This service includes checking pad and rotor wear (with measurements), performing a brake fluid copper contamination test, inspecting for uneven rotor wear, and test-driving the vehicle to evaluate brake performance. You’ll get a full digital report with results and recommendations.

  • $30

If you’re dealing with overheating or coolant loss, this is the place to start.
We’ll inspect the entire cooling system including hoses, belts, radiator, fan operation, and coolant quality. We’ll also test glycol concentration and verify the system’s ability to maintain pressure and temperature under load.

  • $150

This is a complete review of your vehicle’s health and service history.
We’ll check your CARFAX maintenance records, compare them with the manufacturer’s schedule, and inspect common wear items like belts, hoses, lighting, brakes, and tires. You’ll receive a clear report and an itemized estimate for any recommended services, helping you plan and budget your maintenance over time.

  • $300

Perfect for anyone considering buying a used vehicle.
This is our most thorough inspection and not recommended for vehicles over ten years old or ones you already own. We go bumper to bumper - evaluating every major system and component. You’ll receive a detailed report outlining any issues, maintenance needs, and potential future expenses before you commit to the purchase.

  • $20 labor + oil and filter

We only use full synthetic oil for maximum protection and longevity. Most cars total between $60-$90, and most trucks between $75-$110. Specialty oil or filters can be requested but may delay service slightly.

Oil changes do not require an appointment and are performed while you wait 8-9AM Tues-Fri. Same day service is available if dropped off before 10AM.

    Customer Supplied Parts
If you would like to bring your own oil and filter we must charge book time. Most vehicles call for .3-.8 hours to perform and oil change.

  • $15

Tires are rotated as manufacturer specified, and tread wear patterns are checked. DOT dates are noted. Results are added to your digital report.

  • Toe Adjustment

    75 dollars
We adjust the tie rods to set toe angle correctly and verify the steering wheel position.

    Two Wheel Alignment

    150 dollars
We set all front alignment angles to spec and confirm the steering wheel is centered.

    Four Wheel Alignment

    300 dollars and up
We set all wheel alignment angles to specification and verify steering wheel position.
Pricing can vary if the vehicle requires additional adjustments, has worn components, or needs correction for bent or seized parts.

    A Note on Alignment Accuracy

We use a Hoffman Geoliner 770 laser alignment system and always start with a 30 dollar inspection. This lets us check for worn parts, looseness, or damage before performing the alignment. Not every vehicle needs extra work, but some do, and we only recommend what is necessary to achieve an accurate result.

  • Typically 350 to 400+

A complete brake service includes ceramic pads, coated or high carbon rotors when available, new hardware, a full caliper service, and a proper bedding procedure. We do not offer pad-only replacements. All brake work begins with a 30 dollar inspection to verify measurements, rotor condition, fluid health, and overall brake performance.

  • $220+tax/fee’s (about $5-7)

This service uses advanced recovery equipment to recover, recycle, and recharge your refrigerant with precision.
    We’ll:

    • Recover and measure the existing refrigerant

    • Inspect for oil loss or contamination

    • Evacuate the system to remove air and moisture

    • Verify it holds vacuum for 10 minutes (confirming no major leaks)

    • Add UV dye and lubricant for future leak detection

    • Recharge to exact OEM-specified weight

    • Verify compressor engagement, fan operation, and vent temperatures

A detailed report of pressures, vent temps, and findings will be included.
Note: Refrigerant naturally leaks over time as seals and components age. Because it’s a consumable fluid, refrigerant itself is not covered under warranty.

  • How Diagnostics Work at Atlas

Diagnostics are not one-size-fits-all. Every concern starts the same way: with a 30 dollar inspection. This gives us a chance to verify the issue, look over the related systems, and decide what the vehicle actually needs instead of guessing or overselling.

    When the Problem Is Obvious

If the cause is clear during the inspection, such as a leaking water pump, a failing wheel bearing, or worn brake components, we send a repair recommendation immediately. No diagnostic charges are added when the issue is already evident.

When a Small Amount of Testing Is Enough

Some concerns only need a quick check. Cooling system pressure tests, basic starting and charging system evaluations, and simple electrical continuity checks usually fall into the half-hour range. These tests are typically 65 dollars and give us the answers we need without going deeper than necessary.

When the Issue Needs a Deeper Look

Other problems require more time to confirm. Draw testing, smoke testing, fuel pressure testing, or scoping a sensor that is easy to reach often land in the one-hour range. This level of testing helps us diagnose issues that do not reveal themselves during a basic inspection.

    When the Problem Is Complex

Some concerns take significant time due to access, complexity, or the age of the vehicle. Major disassembly, CANbus or software-related communication faults, and older vehicles that require extra care or outdated tools can fall into the one and a half to two hour range or more. In these situations, we outline the plan, explain why the time is necessary, and proceed only with approval.

    Clear, Simple, and Transparent

We only recommend the testing that makes sense for the situation. This keeps the process transparent, avoids unnecessary expenses, and gives you accurate answers without boxing you into unrealistic expectations.

  • If your vehicle has any other issue - noise, vibration, warning light, strange behavior, or mystery leak - choose Inspection of Concern and describe the symptoms in as much detail as possible. We’ll take it from there.

Fair Pricing and Value

We price our repairs competitively compared to averages across Tulsa. But where our real value comes in is accuracy and efficiency.
Correct diagnosis and quick turnaround mean you’re back on the road sooner - often saving far more than you would at shops that misdiagnose or drag jobs out.

You’re always welcome to call or email for rough pricing, but in most cases, an inspection saves time, money, and a whole lot of guessing.
